DESCRIPTION:\npresented by UT Dallas and UTDesign\n\n\n\nWe are living and working in a time of unprecedented change as the pandemic affects nearly every area of our lives.  Technology disruption impacts every business of every size.  The teams that win will be those who adapt the fastest.Like many companies, Zix has accelerated several years of digital transformation and implemented it during 2020.  It has also faced the challenge of driving massive change while preserving – championing – corporate culture in the face of unimagined technology advances.\n\n\n\nDavid Wagner will discuss his experience leading through these interesting times.  Key to his company’s successful and rapid internal adaptation is a bedrock culture of Always Learning  He’ll share the specific, intentional steps that Zix has taken to elevate and capitalize on learning within its corporate culture, and actionable ideas and tips for your own journey of transformation in our changing world.\n\n\n\nAbout the speaker:\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nDavid Wagner joined Zix as President and Chief Executive Officer in January 2016. He is a member of Zix’s Board of Directors. Prior to his role at Zix, David held leadership roles at Entrust for 20 years. Most recently David served as President of Entrust from 2013 through 2015, where he led the successful integration of Entrust after it acquisition by Datacard. Before joining Entrust, David held various finance and and accounting positions at Nortel Networks and at Raytheon Systems.\n
