In November 2020, Network acquired a new 50,000 square foot building at 1500 International Parkway in the Richardson IQ. For Network, this new campus will transform the client and volunteer experience and provide essential resources for staff to effectively counsel, serve and support area families. A proud graduate of Leadership Richardson Class XXXIII, she is also a member of LRAA. Mrs. Shafer holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Grove City College and a Master of Science degree in Professional Leadership & Nonprofit Management from Carlow University. Cindy and her husband, Dave, live in Keller and enjoy spending time with their granddaughter, Lily.\n
