She regularly coordinates with area partners such as NCTCOG, Dallas County, and TxDOT to seek out funding opportunities for Richardson, while also planning and building projects not just beneficial for Richardson residents and stakeholders, but that will connect the community to the surrounding cities as well.  Jessica currently serves as the city representative on the regional Bicycle and Pedestrian and Advisory Committee with NCTCOG and served as the Chair and Co-Chair for the committee during 2019 and 2020. Her mission everyday is to build a safe, efficient, and reliable transportation system in the Richardson community for all ages and abilities.\n\n\n\nJessica is originally from Kansas but is happy to call Texas home with her husband, Isaac, and enjoys spending weekends at their east Texas land with their three energetic sons.\n
