NEW LOCATION AT IQHQ (1302 E. COLLINS BLVD)
This IQ Brew will not have a virtual option.
The IQ Brew is a networking and educational series featuring short presentations from entrepreneurs, small businesses, and subject-matter experts. The goal of The IQ® Brew is to share lessons learned and to have the Richardson business community hear about the successes and challenges faced while starting and growing a business. Come join us for coffee and conversation every 2nd and 4th Thursday of the month!
On Thursday, November 10, The IQ® Brew will feature Amanda Schnetzer, with FirstThen. FirstThen is on a mission to close the gap in access to quality pediatric ADHD care with family-centered digital therapeutics. It’s a $3B digital health opportunity and an innovative self-care solution that excites parents, researchers, and clinicians. As cofounder and CEO of FirstThen, a digital health startup, she is channeling more than 25 years of strategic and operations leadership in the social impact arena to ensure all families have access to quality ADHD care, how and when they need it. At an early-stage competitive intelligence firm, Amanda recently served as COO and positioned the company for growth. As Fellow and Director of Global Initiatives at the George W. Bush Institute, she worked with the former President and First Lady to help realize their vision for a results-focused “do tank.” At Freedom House and the American Enterprise Institute, two globally recognized public policy organizations, Amanda honed skills in qualitative research design and analysis. She holds degrees from Georgetown University and Southern Methodist University.
The IQ® Brew will also feature Tiffanie Tovar, with MassChallenge. MassChallenge is a nonprofit headquartered in the United States with eight locations worldwide. She aids the organization as they equip bold entrepreneurs to disrupt the status quo and create sustainable change. Additionally, Tiffanie serves as a partner with Social Venture Partners Dallas, a network of engaged leaders creating community change and enhancing social impact organizations. Passionate about both community engagement and supporting budding entrepreneurs, Tiffanie serves as a volunteer organizer for 1 Million Cups Dallas. There, she combines her love of connecting with people while also continuously making resources accessible to founders as they break barriers in the startup ecosystem.
